Big Bear Real Estate Market Update for September 2011

After having a wonderful summer, Keller Williams Big Bear is going in to the fall steady, strong and growing. The Big Bear real estate market and 2nd homes market is improving, and we are seeing great opportunities everyday!!!

Keller Williams currently has 197 residential listings in the Big Bear area, 71 land listings, 11 condo listings, 5 mobile home listings, 17 commercial/residential investment listings, and 4 business opportunity listings, for a grand total of 332 listings to date..... we are holding approx 27% of the market, and are selling them as well!!
We have 74 properties currently in escrow, and have closed 448 year to date!

Families are still abundant enjoying the sunny weather while they enjoy the water activities, and the vacation rental companies are still doing well ensuring people a great cabin to stay in while enjoying all the things Big Bear Lake has to offer!! After having a wonderful 2010, Keller Williams Big Bear is going into February steady and strong still. The Big Bear real estate market and 2nd homes market is improving, and we are encouraged every day!!!

Keller Williams currently has 164 residential listings in the Big Bear area, 73 land listings, 12 condo listings, 5 mobile home listings, 10 commercial/residential investment listings, and 2 business opportunity listings, for a grand total of 267 listings to date..... we are holding approx 27% of the market, and are selling them as well!!

We have 36 properties currently in escrow, and have closed 15 additional to date!

Big Bear Real Estate Market Update for December 2010

Big Bear Lake, one of the best central ski resort areas had a wonderful 2010, and year end.
The real estate market is increasingly getting stronger and stronger month by month , and that is encouraging to see!! The years end brought many people and families to Big Bear to enjoy the holidays and to , of course, enjoy t he ski slopes and a beautiful covering of snow everywhere you look!!!!
