We have developed relationships with the nationally recognized like-kind exchange accommodators to provide our investor-clients with the best possible service.

We Specialize in long-distance transactions. Many of our clients do not reside here in the Big Bear valley. We make extensive use of use e-mail, fax machines, overnight delivery, and wire-transfers to make all our transactions as trouble-free as possible.
