Tanya Huefner is absolutely amazing! We used her for two different transactions and on both occasions we could not have asked for more. She always felt like our advocate ensuring we knew what was happening, what should be happening and what things we should be considering. The sale of our property was almost too easy! She and her team took great care of us helping us to secure several great offers. In the end we closed escrow in 17 days and over our asking price. We are looking in Tennessee and she’s referred us to a great lady, but I wish I could use Tanya outside of Big Bear! She’s totally at TRUSTED ADVISOR status when it comes to Real Estate. I honestly would recommend her to anyone and everyone I can!!

Tanya Huefner at Big Bear Real Estate is an excellent agent. She is friendly, not aggressive at all, professional AND extremely patient. She also has an easy sense of humor. We had a 1031 property exchange and a certain amount of time to identify and purchase a property in Big Bear. She showed us many properties, some repeatedly. We bid on a property and then found something we liked better…no problem! We purchased the 2nd identified the property with time to spare. Tanya grew up in Big Bear, is married and raising her own family there. She has a true local’s inside take and will share whatever she can. She went through 2 inspections with us and was there when we needed information or help but couldn’t be in the area. We had the pleasure to be connected to Tanya Huefner when we called Big Bear Real Estate inquiring about buying a vacation home. Tanya was fantastic to work with. She has lived in the area for years, is extremely professional, responsive, thorough, accessible, and looks out for her client’s best interest. She initially showed us around the area in November and then kept us updated weekly with new properties that came on the market. She would check in periodically but was never pushy. Just wanting to see if there were any questions we might have. We got serious in our hunt for a home in the spring. And we made the trip up the mountain several weekends between April and July. She offered us excellent council on prices and what to offer. We were outbid, sometimes by absurd amounts, on a few properties and I thank her for her wisdom as we didn’t chase.
