Big Bear Real Estate Market Stats for the month of May 2022
Market Wide Summary
The average sales price of single family homes in Big Bear in May was down 3% compared to the previous month, and the median sales price remained about the same. Average sales price over Jan-May 2022 was 27% higher and median sales price was up 28% compared to Jan-May 2021.
List Price vs. Sale Price and Days on Market
Properties sold in May went for 103% of the asking price after 43 days on market on average, compared to 104% and 38 DOM in April. The list-to-sell price ratio was 104% on average over Jan-May, as compared to 105% over Jan-May 2021.
Big Bear Inventory Trends
