The average sales price of single family homes in Big Bear in November was down 5% compared to the previous month, though the median sales price was up 5%.  Average sales price over Jan-Nov 2023 was 3% lower and median sales price was down 6% compared to Jan-Nov 2022.

List Price vs. Sale Price and Days on Market
